After upgrading to 6.2.3, can not send mail Document ID: 2687HQIssue: After upgrading to 6.2.3, user cannot get mail to send out through one or more of his/her personalities. Messages remained queued no matter what he/she does. Solution: Go to Special:Settings:Personalities and select the Personality that you use for sending mail. Look for the 'Allow authorization' option at the bottom and uncheck it. Click on 'OK' to close the Settings and now you should be able to send mail. KEYWORDS: EPMAC, QUEUED, 6.2.3, SEND
