DmWrite Crash

ISSUE:

My Palm crashes with a DataMgr.c or DmWrite Fatal Error when I use EIS. How can I fix this?

SOLUTION:

The upgrade to EIS 1.1.1 to fix the fatal error can be downloaded from our website. However to be on the safe side, you may want to run some diagnostics on your Palm.

Palm & DRAM Issues

The fatal error crash may have been related to the Palm OS DRAM errors. Users that have installed the patch from Palm reported no further errors. While this may not be the entire solution, please try the patch and return your feedback.
